Spruce
The 💎 Spruce is a Unique Melee Weapon item. It could only obtained as a potential drop from the Boss or either Mini-boss of the New years event. It us currently unknown if this event will see a subsequent re-run, allowing new players to obtain this weapon. Or if like the only other Unique Weapon, it will become unobtainable. This item was added in update v1.26.2, alongside the re-run of the aforementioned New Years event.
Description
As the name suggests, the design of the Spruce weapon is based off the real life tree of the same name. The weapon is made up of a series of small green whorled branches which spread out in a conical form along the light brown stump of the tree. The weapon is covered in a series of festively appropriate decorations, including loops of golden tinsel, multicolored tiny lights, and topped with a golden star. Judging by the weapons stats, it is likely very heavy for it's size, bearing similarity to the Sledge hammer in that regard.
Trivia
- The genus of Picea, which the Spruce tree is a part of, is extensively used during Christmas celebrations for the festive tree, and the tree's design has become synonymous with the tradition. The is likely the reason behind why this weapon was given such a name.
- The diamond in front of the Spruce's name alludes to the weapon's uniqueness, this is confirmed by the 'Unique Item' tag given to the weapon when highlighting it.
