The Hearth's Warming Bat, refered to as 🎄 Bat in game, is a Melee Weapon item which can be obtained from Copper Caps during the Hearth's Warming Eve seasonal event. It was likely introduced in update v1.12.0 alongside the other festive weapons.

Description

The Hearth's Warming Bat as the name implies is a festive re-skin of an existing weapon, in this case it is of the first version of the Bat weapon. The Bat's barrel has been has been covered with a diagonally striped pattern from left to right featuring the colors Red and Green, with a thin strip of White dividing the two colors. Due to the similar design, the festive bat also lacks a taper between the barrel and the handle. The Bat's handle features colored vertical stripes. These stripes follow the same pattern as the barrel, bar a second white stripe between the green and second red strip. The Nob features the same diagonal stripe pattern as the barrel.

Trivia

• Similar to all other festive weapons, the Hearth's Warming Bat deals 2 more base damage that it's non festive version.
• The inclusion of the Christmas tree emoticon in it's name is to represent it's status as an item limited to a seasonal event.
• When the festive bat has been dropped on the ground, and hovered over with a mouse, the game will replace the emoticon in the name with the Ashes version of it.
