NPCs/Background
Background NPCs refer a series of Non-Player Characters who do not fit in any of the other three categories. They can be found spawning across the Ashes Town Maps. Unlike the other categories of NPCs, no "<NPC>" tag appears above their head. As their name suggest, these NPCs merely make up background elements to support the Wasteland Aesthetic, primarily by taking the form of creatures and creations which would appear in either the worlds of Fallout or Fallout Equestria.
NPC List
NPCs in this category will fall into either three categories, they will either fly around their respective maps unreachable by players, appear and disappear when players pass through invisible triggers in a form of sudden 'jumpscare', and finally wander around the map aimlessly.
