In every virtual chatroom game, players are known to express what they are interested in by showcasing their OCs and/or their cosplays as their avatar. It is known to indicate there are fandoms inside the game.

In Ashes Town which planned to serves as MMORPG with virtual chatroom features such as creating an avatar, they are exist depending on each player’s active time and the avatar they are mostly displaying. Fandoms have their own way to play around within the wasteland of Ashes Town.

As Ashes Town was made and currently handled by fans of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Fallout Equestria which is based on the fan fiction depicting alternate universe of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic with Fallout theme, it is known majority part of the playerbase prefer to roleplaying as and interacting toward OCs that are possibly lore-friendly to the Fallout Equestria universe. They even known to host original factions strictly dedicated for roleplaying in their own Fallout Equestria universe while using Ashes Town as their direct interaction between factions.
