The carrot is a Consumable item which can be obtained from multiple sources across the Wasteland.

Description

Ashes Town carrots look much like real-world carrots. They are orange with a green leafy top, and have dark lines implying ridges. In the Carrot Farm they have four stages when growing in the ground: a small bud, two leafs, three leafs and the top of the carrot visible through the dirt, and finally three large curled leafs with more of the carrot visible, signifying it is ready to be collected.

The carrot can be obtained from killing Ghouls, which have a chance of dropping carrots as loot. It can also be purchased from Muffin Time for a small amount of Caps. Lastly, it can be obtained from the Carrot Farm in the Wasteland. When a carrot is ready to be collected, it will have large curled leafs. You can collect them by clicking or pressing E.

Trivia

• Carrots appear in multiple Fallout games as Consumable items.
• Users cannot plant or water the carrots in Ashes Town. They spawn naturally in the Carrot Farm and progress through the stages of growth on their own.
